4. Lowbed Trailer

Used for transporting heavy machinery, tanks, or oversized industrial equipment that cannot be carried by standard vehicles.

• Feature: Low ground clearance, providing advantages when passing under bridges and through tunnels
• Usage Area: Out-of-gauge (oversized) heavy cargo transportation

Technical Considerations When Choosing a Vehicle

Choosing the right vehicle is not only about fitting the cargo but also a legal and operational requirement:

1. Weight Limits: According to highway regulations, vehicles have maximum gross weight limits. Overloading creates safety risks and may result in heavy penalties.

2. Loading Method: Is your cargo suitable for side, top, or rear loading? For example, goods that need to be loaded from the top with a crane require a trailer with a sliding roof feature.
